Heavy duty CNC lathe

Fu Sheng Jin Heavy duty CNC lathe has the advanced technology configuration, and compared with the conventional vertical lathe, it has optimized the main shaft, numerical control system and the tool tower system.At the same time, the guide screw, spindle motor and hydraulic system have been upgraded, then the Processing precision and durability of the heavy duty CNC lathe have been improved comprehensively.

Heavy duty CNC lathe also has the following features:

1.Main gearbox hydraulic speed change.

2.Vertical tool holder, hydraulic system equipped with pressure protection device.

3.beam clamping mechanism adopts spring clamping, hydraulic release.

4.Equipped with digital display device (special customized).

5.main gearbox and workbench spindle support and drive automatic lubrication.

6.The main drive belt tension, main shaft bearing clearance, vertical sliding pillow nut clearance and beam clamping force can be adjusted  Main drive belt tension, spindle bearing clearance, vertical ram nut clearance and cross-beam clamping force are adjustable.

7.There is an insurance device for the feeding mechanism.

8.column and base are large size box layout, providing the largest z-axis sliding pillow section size (230 x 200) in the same type of heavy duty CNC lathe, and support for heavy cutting. 

9.Symmetric layout reasonable to avoid thermal deformation, reasonable reinforcement and multiple tempering and aging treatment to ensure the long-term stability of the heavy duty CNC lathe accuracy.

10.The radial bearing of the spindle adopts P4 double row roller bearing, and the axial bearing adopts P4 large-size thrust bearing, which guarantees high bearing capacity while ensuring extremely high turning accuracy.

11.The hydraulic system adopts the external circulation, which can effectively remove the cutting heat of heavy duty CNC lathe. The oil pump always works under unloading condition, which effectively avoids the temperature rise of the heavy duty CNC lathe. When the heavy duty CNC lathe is equipped with the second spindle, the heavy duty CNC lathe will equipped with oil cooler.

12.The large diameter ball screw, X - axis ball screw pretension, guaranteed high positioning accuracy and can compensate thermal deformation.

13.Double door wide open design, easy for parts handling, operation button panel can be 90 degrees rotation.

14.Heavy duty CNC lathe system adopts SIEMENS or FANUC.
